Felicia Gomez is CIPC’s Policy Analyst based in San Diego. Her work focuses on detention and deportation and the criminalization of immigrants. She also leads the ICE out of CA Coalition, which is a statewide coalition composed of more than 100 organizations committed to disentangling local law enforcement from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies to stop deportations in California. 

Prior to coming to CIPC, she heavily focused on issues related to US-Mexico foreign policy, international human rights and educational access for immigrant communities in San Diego and New York City. 

Felicia holds a B.A. in Spanish and International Relations from the University of San Diego and a M.A. in International Educational Development with a concentration in Latin American and Latinx Studies from Columbia University.
