Rocio Diaz is a human rights campaigner and communications strategist with extensive experience in educating and informing on social justice issues. Her most recent projects included an educational platform that promoted peace and social activism among Mexico’s youth and children and also a collaboration for the Rock Against Trafficking music project.
Rocio previously worked for the British American Business Council as their Director of Marketing and Events and also with Amnesty International in New York City for nine years, designing and implementing their nationwide human rights events.
Prior to that, Rocio spent six years in Washington DC working with a national organization which focused on improving educational opportunities for Hispanics. Her activism can trace it's beginning to nineteen years ago when she served as Communications Coordinator for Pronatura, an group dedicated to researching, informing and promoting environmental solutions
