Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) is a state-funded program that provides monthly cash benefits to aged, blind and disabled non-citizens who are ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or State Supplemental Payment (SSP) due to their immigration status.

California Food Assistance Program (CFAP)

California Food Assistance Program (CFAP) is a state-funded supplemental nutritional program, provides state-funded food stamp benefits to qualified immigrants who are ineligible for federal food stamps.
