Raymond Lo

Raymond Lo is CIPC’s Supervising Manager of Human Resources & Operations. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and operations across various sectors, Raymond is passionate about driving organizational transformation and operational excellence to improve outcomes for marginalized communities, while also fostering a warm and collaborative environment with colleagues.  

Before joining CIPC, Raymond held key leadership roles in the education and nonprofit sectors. As Senior Manager of Consulting Services at Charitable Ventures, Raymond managed client relationships, while growing the organization’s team. He led projects focused on evaluation, planning, and strategy for numerous community-based organizations, foundations, and social service initiatives. He also served as Vice President of Growth at ESM Prep, where he contributed to the company’s growth through targeted marketing and strategic planning, and successfully led development efforts to improve data management systems.

Earlier in his career, Raymond held various positions at Fusion Academy, where he drove initiatives in student affairs, campus operations, and staff development. He also played a pivotal role in program development at STAR Education, evaluating and optimizing educational programs with a focus on operational and financial efficiencies.

Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Google X Coursera. His expertise in people development, project management, and cross-functional leadership has equipped him to navigate complex challenges and deliver measurable results across organizations.

Outside of work, Raymond enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid enthusiast of racquet sports, board games and LEGOs.
